Dr. Angela Aberg is a 1988 graduate of Pasadena College of Chiropractic. She has been practicing in Escondido since 1990.
Her special interests include Chiropractic care for Women, Children and Infants, and the benefits of Wellness Care. She is certified in Webster Technique which can be very helpful during pregnancy to assist with optimal birth position.
She honors the Innate ability of each human body to heal and regulate. Recent research suggests that vertebral subluxation complexes can increase stress responses in the body. We can assume then that correcting subluxations through spinal adjustments can help with much more than back pain.
She credits her parents for introducing her to The Chiropractic Lifestyle. “My sisters, brother and I grew up with chiropractic care as our primary health care, along with healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. I feel very qualified to coach others to do the same,” says Angela.
In her spare time Angela enjoys hiking, gardening and spending time with her husband and son. She loves to cook and entertain, Angela says, “A great day is having everyone over to my home, sharing a meal and having fun together.” She is also an active member and Past-President of Downtown Escondido Toastmasters. A group she claims is a very good way to improve public speaking skills. She enjoys attending continuing education courses on Pediatric Chiropractic care, Chiropractic Techniques, Nutrition and Quality of Life.
